Prices are in Norwegian Kroner and include all official and professional prices.
In Norway, the Fee for the Trademark Registration Request allows to include up to 3 classes on the application. After the third class, the extra class Fee will apply.
Timeframe for registration are estimated and may considerably vary if objections and/or oppositions are presented, or other events occur during the trademark registration process.
Word Mark or Logo
Word Mark is composed exclusively of words, letters or numbers and their combinations, without any graphical characters or specific colors.
Logo (or figurative mark) is composed exclusively of graphical symbols, drawings or logos.
Word Mark + Logo
Word Mark + Logo is formed by the combination of both verbal (word mark) and figurative (logo) elements, or by verbal elements represented in a stylized form.
